Georges brings over 15 years of experience advising founders, family offices, investors, and businesses on cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and complex commercial matters across the GCC, Europe, and the United States.
Georges has developed a strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, private client structuring, and strategic negotiations. He has advised on multi-million-dollar acquisitions, private equity structures, trust arrangements, and sensitive shareholder matters, as well as major strategic exits. His experience also extends to significant regional projects, including matters connected to NEOM and large-scale developments in Saudi Arabia, in addition to advising international media and technology companies.
Throughout his career, Georges has worked on complex cross-border restructurings involving U.S. and Middle Eastern entities, handled aircraft transactions under the Cape Town Convention, and negotiated cooperation and concession agreements with leading multinational corporations and public-sector stakeholders.
Georges’ extensive experience across multiple industries, combined with his strategic and commercial approach, makes him a valuable addition to our growing team in the region.
