BACKCristina manages the internationalisation department of the Eptalex office in Milan, assisting large, medium and small companies in their internationalization projects.
Cristina has a deep knowledge of all the problems that companies face when they decide to expand their business abroad and, more specifically, in India, in the LATAM and MENA countries. She has assisted numerous companies operating in different sectors such as renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, food, manufacturing industry, etc.; and she participated in several complex M&A transactions with an important IP component. Moreover she regularly assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts with a particular focus on technology-rich sectors.
Cristina has contributed to several publications on internationalisation for Ipsoa, including investment e-books on India, Qatar, Uruguay, Peru and South Africa published by IPSOA-Gruppo Wolters Kluwer.
